To change/update your IP/Proxy settings please do the following:
Click on IM Settings > then click on My Settings.
In the My Settings window click on Proxy Settings in top left corner.
Click on the Use Proxy button to tick it >
Type in the Proxy Host & Proxy Port fields (information to be acquired from your IT Manager)
>Click apply and then try to log in.
If you still can't login go back to IM Tools>Proxy Settings and then do the following:
Click on Authenticate to tick it then
type in your username (loginname) and password >click Apply > click Ok.
You may need to restart networker for the settings to completely apply.
